The Rushes

Hi guys! This is my first time writing a guide, so it might not be very useful. Anyways, in this guide I'm going to talk about Protoss Rushes. There are two main rushes. One is fun, but not very effective, and one might be a little more boring but more effective.

The Photon Cannon Rush

The fun one is the Photon Cannon Rush. One way to do this is start building a forge after you start building your gateway. Then scout your opponent. Check if he's going for any type of rush, and if he is, I suggest you don't do this. If he isn't rushing, then go to your opponent's ramp and build a pylon there. Line a number of photon cannons in front of the ramp so he can't get through. Since he can't get out for a while, get warp prisms and an army. Then just do a drop and attack. The other way to do a Photon Cannon Rush is get a line of zealots in front of your probe and defend whatever is coming towards you. Then quickly make a line of photon cannons and if you placed them at the right place, it's pretty much a GG.

The Gateway Rush

The second type of Protoss Rush is to secretly make a Gateway in front of his base or a place in his base where he isn't really going to look. Then get a small pile of zealots and attack. If he destroys your first row of zealots then stop doing this rush. If you kill him off then keep sending zealots to kill. Don't forget about your army at your main base! I hope this helps you guys.
